(These are the graphics we use for the Groovy Lizard site design/layout.)
These may not be copied or downloaded under any circumstances.



  GENERAL - Applies to all graphics

All graphics on this site remain the copyrighted property of Groovy Lizard™ Ltd unless pre-agreed otherwise.
They may not be copied, reproduced, & claimed as your own work.
They may not be redistributed or included in any collection, either on or off-line.
They may not be altered or modified in any way, except to add text to blank buttons & headers.
They may not be used on any site containing violence, pornography, racism, intolerance or bigotry of any kind.



  LINKWARE

By downloading the zip files, you are agreeing to the terms.
The linkware graphics are available free for use on personal sites only.
In return, you agree to place a link to Groovy Lizard on every page you use any of the graphics (unless a non-linking licence has been purchased)
They must not be altered in any way (colouring or re-sizing for example) apart from adding text to blank buttons & changing page layouts.
The linkware sets are created to be used as sets and must not be used with other linkware either from Groovy Lizard or elsewhere.
Do not link directly to the graphics - they are branded demo versions only. You can get the complete sets by downloading the zip files on the relevant pages.



  COMMERCIAL

Commercial sites must purchase a licence before using any of the graphics.
Commercial means you make money from your site, either directly or indirectly.
This includes getting paid for banner ads & click-through links, or by promoting the products or services of yourself or others.



  LICENCES

Purchasing a licence gives you the right to use the graphics on your site in accordance with the Terms of Use. Any violation of these terms will invalidate your licence.



  DISCLAIMER

The Groovy Lizard™ Web Site is primarily a source of original, affordable Web Graphics.
While the site offers some advice regarding page layout of the linkware sets, no responsibility can be taken for problems you may have in the actual design of your pages, for example with HTML coding & scripts.
If you have a problem with the graphics themselves however, please let us know & we'll fix it.
