LICENSING
Check this table first to decide what type of licence you need
for your site.
Licences are for one site only, unless the 2nd site is an exact
mirror of the 1st.
Copyright to the graphics remains the property of Groovy Lizard
Ltd, unless pre-agreed otherwise.
Upon payment, you are granted a licence to use them under
the Terms
of Use
Any violation of these Terms will invalidate your licence.

| Personal |
If you're sure that yours is a purely personal
site, this is the one for you.
A link to Groovy Lizard is required on each page you place the
graphics, using the matching lizard logo provided.
(An additional "Non-Linking" licence removes the need
for this.) |
| Commercial |
Commercial means you make money from your site
either directly or indirectly. This includes getting paid for
banner ads & click-through links, or promoting the products
or services of yourself or others.
A link to Groovy Lizard is required on each page you place the
graphics, using the matching lizard logo provided.
(An additional "Non-Linking" licence removes the need
for this.) |
| Exclusive-Use |
(Purchased in addition to a regular licence
for Linkware sets)
Your chosen set will be removed from the site, & never used
again.
If the set has been licensed previously, that licence
unavoidably remains valid. If this bothers you, please contact
us before ordering, to find out if the particular suite
you are interested in has been licensed before.
Please note that all other Terms of Use clauses still apply.

Removes the need to link-back to Groovy Lizard when using the
