DESIGN NOTES:
Bordered table with a fixed width, but the ability to expand or contract seamlessly lengthways to fit your content. The top-mid section of the border contains the header text & you can just substitute the one of your choice.
The guestmap is one image, which uses 'hotspots' as links. Be sure to copy the whole of the 'map' code in the html & place it where you want the image to appear on your page, just adding your own link urls to the href="#" sections. The navmap graphic (back-home-next) works on the same principle, & the html source code is commented with which bits to copy.
