Design Notes:
The page template included in the zip file is what you see here,
and consists of bordered nested tables to keep the various areas
separate.
The page will expand and contract both width and lengthwise automatically
to suit different browser resolutions.
Just remember that if you add too many link buttons to the top table,
the page will scroll horizontally at lower screen resolutions.
